Permission

I herby give permission to Brandon Hyatt Photography to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, editorial, altering without restrictions and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photos usage. I fully understand the terms of this release. Brandon Hyatt Photography retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reproduce them to promote their business. Including, but not limited to website images, online social networks, and electronic and print marketing compaigns and displays.

Waiver of Liabily Release

By agreeing to a session with Brandon Hyatt Photography. I am hereby waiving, releasing and discharging Brandon Hyatt Photography and all affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury,propery damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family, Brandon Hyatt Photography's not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client and all participating members forfeit all right to bring suit against Brandon Hyatt Photography for any reason.
